1. Who this covers

MajorGTM provides go-to-market analytics software to businesses. This policy explains what we collect on majorgtm.com and inside the MajorGTM product, and how we handle it.

There are two kinds of data here. Site data is collected when you visit majorgtm.com. Customer data is the business data a customer company connects to MajorGTM — we process it on that customer’s behalf, under their instructions. If you work for a MajorGTM customer, your employer decides what gets connected.

2. What we collect on this site

Product analytics: pages viewed, clicks on key actions, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type. We use PostHog for this.

Anything you type into a form: your email address, company name, and any message you send when requesting a demo or a template.

We do not sell this data and we do not run advertising trackers.

3. What the product processes

When a customer connects MajorGTM to their systems, we process CRM records — accounts, opportunities, pipeline stages, amounts, close dates, and the names and email addresses of the people who own them.

We also process conversation records: meeting titles, timestamps, durations, participants, and transcripts where the customer’s own tools provide them.

We store credentials for connected systems in encrypted form, and we store user accounts — the email address and authentication details of people who log into MajorGTM.

4. How we use it

To provide the product: computing signals, summaries, and pipeline analysis for the customer who owns the data.

To operate and secure the service: monitoring, debugging, and preventing abuse.

To communicate: service notices, and product updates where you have asked for them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train AI models.

5. AI processing

Some features send customer data to a third-party AI provider to generate summaries and analysis. Customers control this: AI grounding can be turned off, and when it is off their business data is not sent.

6. Connected integrations

Customers can connect MajorGTM to third-party tools, and data moves as they direct.

Slack: if a customer connects Slack, MajorGTM creates channels and posts account activity into that customer’s Slack workspace. Anything posted to a Slack channel is visible to everyone with access to that channel, which the customer controls. We store Slack channel and user identifiers so we can route messages; we do not store Slack message content.

CRM and analytics tools: read-only ingestion of the records described above.

7. Sub-processors

We use these providers to run the service: Supabase for database, authentication and hosting; Vercel for site hosting; Railway for background processing; Anthropic for AI features; PostHog for product analytics; Resend for transactional email; and Slack where a customer has connected it. Each is bound by contract to protect the data it handles.

8. Retention

We keep customer data for as long as the customer’s account is active. On termination we delete or return it within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Site analytics are retained for 12 months.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped so that a customer’s users see only their own company’s data, and that scoping is enforced at the database layer rather than in application code alone. Third-party credentials are held in a dedicated secrets vault, never in application tables or logs. Staff access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to how it is processed.

For data collected on this site, email us. For data inside the product, contact the customer company that connected it — they control it, and we will support their request.

11. International transfers

We operate in the United States. If you use MajorGTM from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

12. Children

MajorGTM is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 16.

13. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. We will tell customers directly about material changes.
